💻 End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License

Curbside Buddies Inc grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the App solely for authorized business purposes related to Curbside Buddies operations.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or outside your role as a Curbside Buddies driver.

3. Data Use

The App may collect:

• GPS location for route tracking.
• Job and performance data to manage services.

This data is used only for operational and safety purposes and handled per our Privacy Policy.

4. Ownership

The App and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Curbside Buddies Inc.

5. Updates

We may provide updates or patches to improve performance or security. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updates.

6. Termination

Your license terminates automatically upon leaving Curbside Buddies or violating this Agreement. You must uninstall the App upon termination.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." Curbside Buddies Inc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, with exclusive jurisdiction in San Diego County.
